Boxing & Martial Arts

FitPros are versed working in studios, outdoors, random spaces, and potentially awkward conference rooms. They are highly experienced and know how to set the mood given any accommodation. If your space has a sound system, the teacher will plug their music in. Let us know if there’s not a sound system and the teacher will bring a speaker.


Due to sanitary reasons each class is BYOM - Bring Your Own Mat. If you’re interested to purchase mats, towels or other fitness products, with or without your company logo we can help!


Your FitPro will evaluate the skill level of each student to offer modifications. If you’re not sure which class suits the majority try sending out a survey and/ or try one of each!

Our Classes

Cardio Kickboxing

A cardio-forward boxing workout with no bags, no wraps and no ring. It’s just you, a set to an explosive, upbeat playlist that powers you through one-of-a-kind class that will train you to move, look and feel like a fitness champion.


This high-intensity interval training workout sculpts your body and burns calories like nothing you’ve experienced before. Your trainer will lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you’ll deliver jab, cross, hook and uppercut combinations.

MMA Classes ¹

Utilizes the best of the arts of Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and many other sport-based martial art systems. This regimen of cross-functional training builds strength, stamina, and discipline through the practice of Mixed Martial Arts.

Muay Thai ¹

Derived from hand-to-hand combat in Thailand, utilizes punches and kicks, similar to kickboxing without the fast-paced cardio. Using elbow strikes, footwork, and the “eight points of contact” intended to prepare a full-contact fighter for battle.

Jiu Jitsu ¹

Expresses the philosophy of yielding to an opponent's force rather than trying to oppose force with force. Manipulating an opponent's attack using his or her force and direction to control the balance of their opponent and hence prevent the opponent from resisting the counterattack.

Cardio Boxing

This class is a compellation of all the cardio training excercises boxers do on a regular basis. The class is set to music so all attendees feel engaged and pumped for the entire duration.

Tai Chi Qigong

This ancient Chinese meditative practice is designed to open energy pathways and increase internal energy (Qi) flow. Of the hosts' yogic offerings, QiGong is a more spiritually directed moving meditation that involves slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm state of mind.

¹ Martial Arts class may have higher rates based on the skill level of the instructor. The heritage of the sport derives from a long lineage of respect for an elders experience.
