Dance & Zumba®

FitPros are versed working in studios, outdoors, random spaces, and potentially awkward conference rooms. They are highly experienced and know how to set the mood given any accommodation. If your space has a sound system, the teacher will plug their music in. Let us know if there’s not a sound system and the teacher will bring a speaker.


Due to sanitary reasons each class is BYOM - Bring Your Own Mat. If you’re interested to purchase mats, towels or other fitness products, with or without your company logo we can help!


Your FitPro will evaluate the skill level of each student to offer modifications. If you’re not sure which class suits the majority try sending out a survey and/ or try one of each!

Hip Hop

Feel like one of Rhianna’s backup dancers even if you’ve never danced before. Contemporary choreography to push athleticism and endurance. Shake, shimmy, and groove in this fun and challenging dance class.


Designed to start with the basics then progress through the weeks. Working out the kinks, the fun begins as we advance onto partnered dancing.


BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. This cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling.


In this exhilarating 60 minute class, your employees will not only get a full-body; cardio, conditioning, and strength training workout in, they will also get to rock out! In each POUND® class, students will use Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising as their .

Live DJ Fitness

Our rad DJ delivers optimized audio for an enhanced experience. Stay connected while working from home or flow together onsite. Live instructors and live music mean high engagement for attendees through every move!


Barre is a form of physical exercise, usually conducted in a group forum. Barre classes focus on the lower body and core, developing strength and flexibility from the ankles up through the calves, knees, thighs, glutes and abdominals.
