HEALTH TALK SESSION
It’s difficult enough for marginalized people to gain entry into the professional world. Advancing their careers, especially to leadership positions, is even harder. In this health talk session, attendees will understand how marginalized people are kept from fully participating in the workplace due to implicit bias, glorification of educational backgrounds, and an emphasis on strict professional experiences. When marginalized communities are underemployed and underutilized, companies lose unique perspectives that enrich the workplace. Participants who belong to a marginalized community will be empowered to gain self-confidence and establish boundaries.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your Client Success Coordinator will connect with you and take you step-by-step to ensure the subject matter and content aligns with your wellbeing goals. Your booked session includes an outline for employees to review ahead of time. Plus, we help with the marketing efforts. You'll receive marketing assets to help engage your staff, and promote your session. All virtual sessions are delivered via Zoom, and we help track utilization to ensure you’re getting the best ROI.

For any Health Talk, Fitness Class or Team Building event any date changes within fifteen (15) days will result in a 50% rescheduling fee.
