No matter how uncomfortable, facing our emotions helps us process traumatic situations and accompanying feelings like stress, embarrassment, anxiety, and sadness. In this health talk session, you'll gain actionable tools like visualization, thoughtful shifting, and breathing to develop adaptability and mental and emotional resilience. Instead of ignoring them, you'll learn how to identify and navigate different emotions, helping your brain reset after stressful situations.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your Client Success Coordinator will connect with you and take you step-by-step to ensure the subject matter and content aligns with your wellbeing goals. Your booked session includes an outline for employees to review ahead of time. Plus, we help with the marketing efforts. You'll receive marketing assets to help engage your staff, and promote your session. All virtual sessions are delivered via Zoom, and we help track utilization to ensure you’re getting the best ROI.

For any Health Talk, Fitness Class or Team Building event any date changes within fifteen (15) days will result in a 50% rescheduling fee.
