This compassionate health talk, led by a licensed therapist, provides accurate information on suicide statistics, warning signs, and risk factors. Participants will learn mindfulness tools to build emotional resilience and discuss age-appropriate ways to talk to children about suicide, mental health, and common misconceptions. Together, we work to fight stigma and foster understanding within our communities.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES
Virtual Custom Programming changes require sixteen (16) days notice and Onsite Custom Programming changes require thirty-two (32) days notice. Changes under this timeframe can be done but result in a 50% rescheduling fee.
