Your booked session includes an outline for employees to review ahead of time. Plus, we help with the marketing efforts. You'll receive marketing assets to help engage your staff, and promote your session. All virtual sessions are delivered via Zoom, and we help track utilization to ensure you’re getting the best ROI.

For any Health Talk, Fitness Class or Team Building event any date changes within fifteen (15) days will result in a 50% rescheduling fee.
