HEALTH TALK SESSION
The immune system makes up our defenses against germs and other disease-causing invaders. Among other vital roles, the immune system helps us recover from the common cold time after time. One way to strengthen the immune system, combined with good sleep and low stress levels, is by eating the right foods. In this health talk session, participants will explore ways to maintain a healthy immune system through diet changes. Certain nutrients are known to keep immune cells functional and optimal, and attendees will learn how to incorporate these pro-immunity foods into everyday meals.

Your booked session includes an outline for employees to review ahead of time. All virtual sessions are delivered via Zoom, and we help track utilization to ensure you’re getting the best ROI.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES
Virtual Custom Programming changes require sixteen (16) days notice and Onsite Custom Programming changes require thirty-two (32) days notice. Changes under this timeframe can be done but result in a 50% rescheduling fee.
