The Link Between Diet and Inflammation
HEALTH TALK SESSION
When the body detects danger, it triggers an inflammatory response by releasing antibodies and proteins to fight off threats like allergens or injuries. While this response is beneficial short-term, chronic inflammation can contribute to health issues such as fatigue, digestive troubles, and joint pain. In this session, participants will explore how diet influences inflammation and learn which foods may either fuel or reduce it. Attendees will leave equipped with practical, actionable steps to make lasting nutrition and lifestyle changes that support overall health and reduce inflammation.
Participants will explore:
-How the body’s inflammatory response works
-The impact of different foods on inflammation levels
-Practical dietary changes to manage and reduce chronic inflammation
Empower yourself to make nutrition choices that support a healthier, inflammation-free life.
