Prior to the session, you will receive an ingredients list in advance and have the chance to cook along with your own ingredients. This session is perfect for large groups or individuals who prefer to learn and be entertained from the virtual realm.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your Client Success Coordinator will connect with you and take you step-by-step to ensure the subject matter and content aligns with your wellbeing goals. Your booked session includes an outline for employees to review ahead of time. Plus, we help with the marketing efforts. You'll receive marketing assets to help engage your staff, and promote your session. All virtual sessions are delivered via Zoom, and we help track utilization to ensure you’re getting the best ROI.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES
For any Health Talk, Fitness Class or Team Building event any date changes within fifteen (15) days will result in a 50% rescheduling fee.
