Caregiver Burnout Prevention and Management l Being a caregiver to children or aging parents is tough work, especially when combined with a full-time job. With so much responsibility on their plates, caregivers often experience something called compassion fatigue. Caregivers are more prone to this type of burnout, as caring for a loved one is emotionally, physically, and financially taxing. In this health talk session, attendees will learn the importance of self-care and identify ways to implement self-care.
