In the workplace wellbeing space, needs change fast.

Historically, the FitPros LIVE platform supported:

These worked well for many teams, but not for everyone.


Several clients shared an important insight:


“Walking challenges don’t feel inclusive for all employees.”


Whether due to physical limitations, job type, or personal preference, not every employee can or wants to compete in a step-based challenge.


So we listened.


And we built something better.


Hydration Challenges now offer a more inclusive, accessible way for employees to participate in healthy habits, regardless of physical ability or daily schedule.


It’s a small shift that can make a big difference:

  • Encourages daily wellness habits

  • Levels the playing field across roles and abilities

  • Increases overall participation and engagement

Expanding Beyond Workshops: Introducing a New LIVE Format

For over 10 years, FitPros has delivered expert-led workshops designed to educate and empower employees across all dimensions of wellbeing.


But as engagement preferences evolve, formats need to evolve too.


That’s why, for the first time, we’re introducing something new to FitPros LIVE:


Panel Discussions with Credentialed Experts

This isn’t just a new feature. It’s a new way to experience wellbeing at work.


Instead of a single expert delivering information, panel discussions create:

  • Dynamic conversations

  • Multiple perspectives

  • More relatable, human insights


And importantly, they reflect how people actually learn: through dialogue, not just presentation.


Don’t get us wrong. There is still a time and place for single-expert sessions, and we will absolutely continue offering Health Talks.
