How FitPros Turns Client Feedback into Innovation

In a world of venture-backed startups racing toward scale, there’s a quieter advantage that often gets overlooked: the ability to listen, adapt, and act quickly.
At FitPros, we’ve been proudly self-funded for over a decade. No outside investors. No pressure to prioritize growth over experience. Just a clear focus on what matters most: our clients and their employees.
And that independence is exactly what allows us to build a platform that evolves with our clients, not years behind them.
From Feedback to Feature: Why Agility Matters in Wellbeing
In the workplace wellbeing space, needs change fast.
What employees engaged with last year may not resonate today. What works for one population may completely miss the mark for another.
Because we’re not navigating layers of approvals or investor roadmaps, we’re able to:
Test ideas quickly
Implement meaningful enhancements
Iterate based on real usage and feedback
A recent example of this in action: Hydration Challenges.

A More Equitable Approach to Engagement
Historically, the FitPros LIVE platform supported:
Step Challenges
Event Check-In Challenges
These worked well for many teams, but not for everyone.
Several clients shared an important insight:
“Walking challenges don’t feel inclusive for all employees.”
Whether due to physical limitations, job type, or personal preference, not every employee can or wants to compete in a step-based challenge.
So we listened.
And we built something better.
Hydration Challenges now offer a more inclusive, accessible way for employees to participate in healthy habits, regardless of physical ability or daily schedule.
It’s a small shift that can make a big difference:
Encourages daily wellness habits
Levels the playing field across roles and abilities
Increases overall participation and engagement
That’s the power of building with your clients, not just for them.

Expanding Beyond Workshops: Introducing a New LIVE Format
For over 10 years, FitPros has delivered expert-led workshops designed to educate and empower employees across all dimensions of wellbeing.
But as engagement preferences evolve, formats need to evolve too.
That’s why, for the first time, we’re introducing something new to FitPros LIVE:
Panel Discussions with Credentialed Experts
This isn’t just a new feature. It’s a new way to experience wellbeing at work.
Instead of a single expert delivering information, panel discussions create:
Dynamic conversations
Multiple perspectives
More relatable, human insights
And importantly, they reflect how people actually learn: through dialogue, not just presentation.
Don’t get us wrong. There is still a time and place for single-expert sessions, and we will absolutely continue offering Health Talks.

Bringing the Conference Experience to Employees
Here’s something most organizations don’t talk about:
Less than 20% of conference attendees are non-executive employees.
That means the majority of employees, the people doing the day-to-day work, rarely get access to these high-level conversations and insights.
So we’re flipping that model and bringing the conference experience directly to them.
Accessible. Inclusive. Built into the workday.
Featured Session: Life at Work LIVE 'Whole Person, Whole Life'
Our first panel sets the tone for what’s to come, and you are invited too.
Life at Work LIVE: Whole Person, Whole Life
In 2026, wellbeing isn’t about checking a box or adding another app. It’s about supporting the whole person, because life doesn’t pause when work starts.
In this LIVE conversation, employees will hear from experts in financial wellbeing and behavioral health as we explore how physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing are deeply connected.
No perfection. No pressure. No gimmicks.
Just real, practical support.

Why This Conversation Matters Right Now
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a reminder that wellbeing extends beyond stress management.
Financial stress remains one of the leading drivers of anxiety, burnout, and distraction at work.
As workloads increase and summer approaches, employees need realistic ways to reset and recharge.
This session is designed to meet that moment.

Real impact
That means listening closely, moving quickly, and continuously evolving based on what employees actually need.
Because at the end of the day, wellbeing isn’t static.
