As wellness continues to evolve, FitPros is dedicated to providing you with new and relevant topics and activities for your employees. Find out what’s new this month:

Join the Murder Mystery Co. for a night of intrigue, mystery, murder, and fun, all without leaving your house. Our professional actors host attendees as they solve the murder with their coworkers in this unforgettable team-building experience. Our games are designed to be played by 8 to 12 players with 8 unique suspect roles and new bystander roles for every additional player.
The Murder Mystery Co. has over 15 years of experience giving parties the touch of mystery they’ve been missing. You pick the time, we commit the crime, this is the event everyone is dying to attend!
Choose from the following themes:
One Last Time: This mystery party takes place in the modern-day and is similar and has an original spin on the movie Clue. A group of eight people are blackmailed and invited t a mansion by a mysterious person named "R.I.P." All of the characters are quirky and unique and, of course, a murder mystery ensues upon their arrival.
Death at Diagon Alley: This experience is a Harry Potter-inspired murder mystery where you work together with the gang to figure out who killed the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher in an all-new re-imagination of the Wizarding World universe.
Prior to the experience, you will need to be assigned a character and read about their background prior to the experience.
We often hear that gratitude is good for our mental and even our physical well-being, yet it doesn’t often come naturally. Let’s explore what gratitude is (and isn’t!), what it can look like at work and in life, and ultimately how we can foster a sense of gratitude in a way that makes an actual difference. Then we will take it one step further and create gratitude boards to bring a conscious awareness to all that we have to be grateful for and allow space to prioritize cultivating this mindset more within the near future.
Improvisational theatre, the art of creating scenes and stories out of given suggestions, is a long-standing form of entertainment. This social engagement activity in the workplace drives collaborative culture, creative problem solving, improved listening skills, the ability to read body language/think on one's feet, and not to mention laughter which is just plain good for you.

Although there is still a lot of work to be done to minimize stigma, it is common for leadership to recognize the need to discuss mental health at work. Someone’s emotional health can have a critical impact on an organization to thrive. In this three-part series, attendees will hear a licensed clinical therapist dispel myths, provide definitions of common mental health diagnoses and discuss appropriate ways to support reports.

As we build organizational cultures ready to move forward together without burnout, the ideal team player feels empowered to make changes in their leadership capacity and overall contribution to the team. We want teams who will lean in for more engagement in their roles, so let's lead toward that.

In the second session, leaders will learn about drivers of engagement and how to facilitate psychological well-being for the team to increase productivity, communication, and efficiency of change initiatives. In the third session, leaders will learn to address the motivation gap within their team and set goals that contribute to successful project management and team collaboration.

A Manager must find a balance between their dominant role and the expectation of empathy when dealing with direct reports and their individual needs. In today’s world, mental health has become a prevalent concern in and out of the workplace. To create an inclusive culture, it is a manager’s responsibility to know how to respond to and understand mental health concerns. This session will provide the tools, resources, and confidence needed to talk about mental health in a way that is compliant with company policies.
Includes these Health Talks:

Adding stress to our daily experiences is a subconscious act that we as humans inflict upon ourselves. This practice will guide you into a state of relaxation and offer an alternative perspective to difficult situations. It will empower the meditator to observe their thoughts without getting caught up in their emotions and allow you to focus
