We’re thrilled to announce a new and impactful collaboration between FitPros and the American Red Cross—and here’s the best part: corporate clients can now include an onsite blood drive at no additional cost as part of their FitPros Health Fair.
Yes, you read that right. At no cost to you, we’ll help coordinate a blood donation experience that could save dozens of lives—and make your wellness event even more meaningful.
Why Blood Donation Matters
For over 140 years, the American Red Cross has been a pillar of humanitarian relief. Founded by Clara Barton in 1881, the organization now supports nearly 40% of the U.S. blood supply—serving trauma patients, cancer warriors, premature infants, and those with chronic illness who rely on blood transfusions to survive.
Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. Every unit collected at your onsite drive could save up to three lives. That’s powerful. That’s purpose in action.

How It Works
There’s no additional cost to add a blood drive to your FitPros Health Fair—but we do need a few logistical pieces in place:
1,500+ sq. ft. of indoor space (first floor or elevator-accessible) with clear, open layout
Room-specific temperature control, good lighting, and at least four electrical outlets
Strong wireless signal (for donation tracking equipment)
Bathrooms on the same floor
Accessible parking for Red Cross staff and an equipment van
Privacy: space must be separate from other public-facing areas
Tables and chairs (about 6–8 tables, 20–30 chairs, depending on the room)
Please note: The Bloodmobile Bus is not available in this district, so indoor space is required.
To make the drive effective, we aim for 35–45 donor appointments, which typically result in 25+ usable units of blood.
